  1. Hi Tim,
  2. For a while now I have noticed quite a few programs in the
  3. msbasic forum going to great lengths to accomplish
  4. relativly simple tasks.  Many of these have to do with
  5. popup help.  There are even 3rd party VBX controls that, as
  6. far as I can see, do nothing else but provide popup or
  7. 'moused' help.

  9. When I took a look at your popup help program with its mass
  10. of API calls, I finally had to stop and ask why?  Am I
  11. missing something?

  13. This note is certainly no knock on anybody's programming
  14. ability, I envy your knowledge of the API and I'll be damned
  15. if I can find Timer1 or Timer2 on the form.  Where are they?
  16.  
  17. Please take a look at the enclosed program and let me know
  18. if I'm missing the point or something.  And please let me
  19. know the deal with those timers.  Where are they?
